MEI Fellowship at COhatch

The Minority Entrepreneurship Institute has partnered with Ohio-based co-working company COhatch to launch the MEI Fellowship at COhatch in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. MEI will select 10 minority entrepreneurs from five cities – Indianapolis (IN), Cleveland (OH), Cincinnati (OH), Cleveland (OH), and Tampa (FL) – to participate in the inaugural class. Entrepreneurs selected for the two-year fellowship receive free co-working memberships at COhatch, participation in quarterly events that include training and networking opportunities, and access to follow-on opportunities which may include capital, talent development, and storytelling resources.

Applications for the MEI Fellowship at COhatch are currently being accepted and are due by February 28, 2021. Eligible applicants must be majority-owned by Black, brown, or female individuals; have a prototype/proof of concept for their business; and be headquartered within 25 miles of a COhatch location. The MEI is supported by RISE Sports Advisors and the Sagamore Institute.
